The aim of this training is for students to learn what the core parts of user stories are, identify attributes that make them most effective and have an array of techniques for breaking them down.
Through examples and activities, we will learn to understand the concept of user stories. We will also see some smells and techniques to deal with its complexity.
Includes a series of exercises and a 4-hour practical workshop.
The training is designed for any team facing development in a continuously value-delivering environment.
Unlike many trainings on this subject, it is not only designed for product owners. The training offers value for all profiles (technical, business...), as the skills and techniques that are acquired apply to different levels.
After the training you will be able to apply what you have learned in your own context by means of special sessions in which we will work with examples that you face every day (price and duration of the sessions on request).
The training can be delivered as a private training for the hiring company, or as an open edition for individual participants. We try to run an open edition every quarter, but we are not always able to. It often happens that small companies send people to our open editions. If you want us to notify you of upcoming open editions, please fill out the contact form.
Please note that private training sessions take place once we have been booked by the client. We will need to know the date over a month in advance in order to be able to schedule them.
