The aim of this course is for students to learn what the core parts of user stories are, identify attributes that make them most effective and have an array of techniques for breaking them down.
Through examples and activities, we will learn to understand the concept of user stories. We will also see some smells and techniques to deal with its complexity.
Includes a series of exercises and a 4-hour practical workshop.
The course is designed for any team facing development in a continuously value-delivering environment.
Unlike many courses on this subject, it is not only designed for product owners. The course offers value for all profiles (technical, business...), as the skills and techniques that are acquired apply to different levels.
After the course you will be able to apply what you have learned in your own context by means of special sessions in which we will work with examples that you face every day (price and duration of the sessions on demand).
The course will be held in-house (closed for the hiring company).
